Why Is My WordPress Admin Dashboard So Slow? Causes and Fixes

Your website may load quickly for visitors thanks to caching, while the WordPress dashboard crawls. That's because admin pages are never cached: every click runs WordPress, plugins and database queries live. A slow dashboard wastes time and makes content updates painful.
