Many Indian businesses see big swings in demand around festivals and seasons: Diwali gifting, wedding season, summer AC servicing, admission season, year-end budgets. Planning your website for these peaks can turn a good season into a great one.

Map your peak seasons

List the periods when enquiries or sales rise for your business, and when people start searching. That's often weeks before the event itself. Google Trends and last year's analytics help.

Create campaign landing pages

• A dedicated page per campaign (for example "Diwali corporate gift hampers")
• Clear offer, deadline and delivery or booking cut-off dates
• Products or packages relevant to the season
• WhatsApp and short forms for quick enquiries

Timing

• SEO: publish seasonal pages and guides well in advance so they can be indexed. Reuse the same URL every year and update it.

Prepare the website

• Test speed and checkout before traffic spikes
• Update stock, delivery times and cut-off dates

After the season

• Update the page to say the offer has ended (don't delete it) and point to current offers
• Review results: traffic, conversions, best products, best channels
