A website depends on several things you pay for separately, each renewing on its own date. Miss one and your site, email or updates can stop working. This checklist keeps everything in one place.

The checklist

1. List every service, its provider, login email, renewal date and cost
2. Turn on auto-renew for the domain and hosting
3. Make sure the payment method on file won't expire before renewal
4. Use an email you check as the account and domain contact
5. Add renewal dates to your calendar with a reminder a month before

7. Remove add-ons you don't use
