Websites for Two-Wheeler Dealers: Bikes, Scooters and EVs
What a motorcycle and scooter dealership website needs: model pages, on-road price enquiries, test ride booking, finance, exchange, service and brand rules.

On this page
- Use on-road price enquiry forms rather than publishing prices you cannot keep up to date.
- Model pages, test ride booking, finance and exchange forms and service booking turn browsers into showroom visits.
- Authorised dealers should follow the manufacturer's brand guidelines on logos, images, offers and domain names.
Buying a motorcycle or scooter is usually a quicker decision than buying a car, but buyers still do their homework. They compare models on their phone, watch reviews, ask friends, and then look for a nearby showroom that will give them a straight on-road price and a test ride. Whether you sell petrol bikes, electric scooters or both, your website is the showroom's front door: clear model information, easy enquiries, and a service department people can book online.
What two-wheeler buyers look for
| Buyer | What matters most |
|---|---|
| Students and first-time riders | EMI options, mileage or range, and a model parents will approve of |
| Daily commuters | Running costs, comfort and convenient servicing |
| Delivery and gig riders | Reliability, low running costs and quick service turnaround |
| Families | Scooters that suit two riders, storage space and safety features |
| Enthusiasts | Performance, accessories, riding gear and group rides |
Your homepage can route these buyers with simple links such as "Scooters", "Motorcycles", "Electric", "Book a test ride" and "Book a service".
Model pages that help people choose
Give each model you sell its own page, written for your local buyers rather than pasted from the brochure:
- Variants and colours, and what changes between them
- Key specifications from the manufacturer's official information, rechecked whenever a model is updated
- Your own photos of the vehicle in your showroom, alongside official images where you're allowed to use them
- Availability and typical waiting time, stated honestly
- Clear buttons: "Get on-road price", "Book a test ride" and WhatsApp
For electric models, buyers also want range (with the testing basis noted), charging options and battery warranty explained; see websites for electric vehicle dealers for EV-specific content.
On-road price enquiries, not invented prices
Buyers search for the on-road price, which typically adds registration, insurance and any accessories or extended warranty they choose to the ex-showroom price. These costs vary by state and city, change with manufacturer price revisions, and differ between variants. Publishing figures you can't keep updated leads to arguments at the counter.
A better approach is a short "Get on-road price" form asking for the model, variant, city or pin code, mobile number and when they plan to buy. Reply quickly with an itemised quote on WhatsApp. If you do show prices, label them clearly as ex-showroom, with a "last updated" date and a note that they may change. Test ride booking
A test ride is often the step that turns an enquiry into a sale, so make it easy to book:
- Choose the model, a preferred date and a time slot
- Showroom ride or doorstep test ride, if you offer one, with the areas covered
- A reminder to bring a valid driving licence and wear a helmet
- Instant confirmation on WhatsApp, and a reminder on the day
Show which models are available for test rides. Booking a ride on a model that isn't in the showroom is a frustrating start.
Finance and exchange enquiries
Many two-wheelers are bought on EMI, and plenty of buyers have an old vehicle to trade in. Add a simple finance enquiry form asking for the model, the down payment they have in mind and their employment type, and say clearly that loan approval, interest rates and terms are decided by the financier. Name financing partners only where you have a real tie-up, and avoid phrases like "guaranteed finance" or "zero down payment for everyone".
For exchange, ask for the old vehicle's make, model, year, kilometres and a few photos, and explain that the final value is confirmed after inspection. If you also sell used bikes, those listings need their own details and photos; see websites for car dealers and auto workshops.
Service booking, spares and accessories
Service brings customers back long after the sale. Give your workshop its own section with:
- An online booking form: model, year, service type and preferred slot
- An explanation of scheduled services, following the manufacturer's service schedule
- Pickup and drop, if you offer it, with areas and charges
- Spares, helmets, riding gear and accessories, even as a simple enquiry catalogue
Service reminders on WhatsApp, sent with the customer's permission, keep your bays busy between buying seasons.
Brand guidelines for authorised dealers
If you're an authorised dealer, your dealership agreement and the manufacturer's brand guidelines usually decide a lot about your website:
- How you may use the brand name and logo, including in your domain name
- Which official images, videos and specifications you may use
- Whether offers and prices must be approved before you publish them
- Whether the manufacturer provides its own dealer pages, and how your site should relate to them
Check these before you build, because fixing a non-compliant site later costs more. Don't publish a national offer unless it applies at your dealership. Multi-brand and used vehicle dealers should never imply they're authorised for a brand they simply stock.
Local SEO and campaigns
- Complete your Google Business Profile for the showroom, and for the service centre if it's at a separate address
- Target searches like "{brand} showroom in {city}", "scooter dealer near me" and "two-wheeler service in {area}"
- Keep pages fast on mobile, with tap-to-call and WhatsApp always visible
- Run festive and launch campaigns on dedicated landing pages, and track calls and WhatsApp clicks
